In the “Cognitive Ergonomics Analysis” project, we examined the work environment of Exterfer’s CEO using cognitive ergonomics principles.
As a part of the research team and the design lead, I co-developed a comprehensive brochure in Adobe InDesign, encapsulating our investigation and recommendations. Designing this required utilizing tools like Figma, Canva, and Photoshop.
Our goal was to assess the impact of cognitive ergonomics on work productivity and propose solutions for enhancement. We identified four key factors: technology management, disruptions, environment, and lifestyle.
We emphasized the interconnectedness of these factors and proposed solutions such as a quiet hour, reorganized notes, and prominent healthy food options. We concluded that a collective approach, rather than individual adjustments, is necessary for effective intervention.
