Heuristic Analyses for GreenSwapp

GreenSwapp B2C App

During my time at GreenSwapp, I analyzed their B2C and B2B offerings, including a grocery delivery-like app for regular users and a dashboard carbon footprint UI for business users. For the heuristic analyses, I methodically evaluated each interface against recognized usability principles.

For the grocery app, I examined aspects like ease of navigation, clarity of product descriptions, and the intuitiveness of the checkout process. I also paid close attention to feedback mechanisms, such as notifications regarding order status or recommendations based on user preferences.

On the B2B side, my focus was on the dashboard’s data visualization, ensuring the metrics were clear and meaningful. I assessed the ease with which businesses could customize and interpret their carbon footprint data. Additionally, I took into account the dashboard’s error messages and guidance, ensuring they were clear and actionable.

In both cases, I gathered and synthesized feedback from potential users, ensuring that GreenSwapp’s offerings were not only aligned with usability best practices but also met the actual needs and preferences of their target audience.
