ABOUT US

Hi, I’m Leon.
In your corner.

I love creating things that make people happy. At UXLeon, that means thoughtful websites that help small businesses connect with their customers.

UXLeon is my own business, and I work independently. When we work together, you’ll speak directly with me — from our first conversation to the details that make your website feel like you.

Let’s talk about your website ↗

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Curious about people.
Passionate about technology.

My background in psychology and my love of technology come together in UX design. I’m interested in how people think, what they need, and what makes something easy to use. That’s the thinking I bring to your website: listen first, understand the people using it, and turn that understanding into practical design.

Psychology & people

I studied psychology at Leiden University, including applied cognitive psychology and digital humanities. It gave me a foundation in research, human behaviour and the ways people interact with technology.

Research in practice

As a UX researcher at GreenSwapp in 2021–2022, I interviewed users, tested usability and created prototypes in Figma. I used people’s feedback to help improve the experience.

Design & technology

I’ve worked in freelance UX since 2021. I enjoy combining visual design with analytical thinking — from exploring an idea and building a prototype to making a website clear and useful.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Clear plans. Personal attention.

A sensible starting point

We talk through your business, your customers and what you need, then agree the pages, scope, price and timing.

Your input, throughout

I create your website and you review it before it goes live. A personal handover helps you feel comfortable with the next step.

Support beyond launch

Ongoing care is optional. We can agree support for backups, updates and small changes as your business evolves.
